Tara and Trevor tied the knot on a gorgeous September day up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Tara’s father so graciously offered to host the celebrations at his beautiful home overlooking the mountains.

Fall in New York City – there’s undeniably nothing like it. The crisp air, changing leaves, and buzz of rejuvenating energy that carries us from the end of summer into a new season of life. It’s my absolute favorite time of year. My art thrives in the autumnal glow that coats the entire city, from the leaves on the tallest trees in Central Park to the Ivy that climbs the sides of the brownstones in the West Village.
Earlier in September, I met up with Madison + Keivon at sunrise on the Brooklyn Bridge. There was barely another person in sight, a rare occasion for such a popular tourist spot. However, if you time it right, you can have the bridge to yourself for just a few minutes. These two are so cute and playful – some of my favorite photos from the session are the ones where they’re just being their goofy selves.
After finishing up outside, we headed to an indoor studio that I booked on Squarespace – basically like AirBnB but for creatives. I wanted to try something a little different. To strip away the location, the distractions, and just focus on the connection between them. It
Up in the mountains of New Hampshire, where the signal is weak and the grass is a shade of deep green, I met up with Denise + Keith for their engagement session. We started at the base of the mountain and slowly drove up the winding auto-road. With each mile, we crept our way into the clouds and braced ourselves as we peeped over the steep edge. I clutched my steering wheel, simultaneously amazed and terrified.
